The acclaimed dining and entertainment group also announced the return of its Viva Marini Bartending Competition, which has opened for submissions and will run until 16 November 2023. Professional and home bartenders and mixologists are invited to impress the judges with their most creative concoctions.

Its establishments – the iconic rooftop destination Marini’s on 57, premier steakhouse Marble 8, a caviar seafood bar and fashion lounge Maristar, Italian-style café M Marini Grand Caffè & Terrazza and the MariGin Gin Bar – took home 12 accolades at the HAPA Awards Malaysia Series 2023-2024 gala dinner on 10 May 2023.

Viva Marini Bartending Competition, 14 Nov (live)

The Viva Marini Bartending Competition final will be held at the Marini's on 57 Lounge on 14 November. The top bartender will win RM10,000 cash, second place RM5,000 cash and third place RM3,000 cash. Participants will need to send in an original cocktail recipe and a video of themselves making an open format cocktail of their choice by 30 October 2022. Ten finalists will then be shortlisted and the winner crowned at the final live judging event on 14 November 2022.
